Welcome to Community Congregational Church UCC, Los Alamitos

No matter who you are or where you are on life’s journey, YOU ARE WELCOME HERE!

We come together for worship in the Sanctuary, embracing people of all ages, backgrounds, and identities. Everyone is welcome—young and old, gay and straight, rich and poor. Our worship is enriched with uplifting music, sincere prayers, inspiring readings from Scripture and other meaningful texts, thought-provoking sermons, and a deep awareness of the needs of the world.

Worship Services

People wearing masks attending a formal indoor gathering, possibly a religious service or ceremony, with a focus on a woman in black attire with her hands raised.

Our worship services are every Sunday at 10:00 am. Our worship blends tradition and creativity—mixing scripture, prayer, inspiring messages, and a variety of music styles. We honor both classic hymns and contemporary songs, creating a space where all generations can connect with God. Come as you are, and worship with a community that welcomes every voice and story. We look forward to seeing you!

Worship Music

Worship music is one of the ways we come together as a church family to celebrate and connect with God. Each week, folks from our congregation step up to share their musical talents.  Our music blends traditional hymns with modern songs, helping us all enter a spirit of worship, reflection, and joy. We’re so thankful for everyone who shares their time and gifts to make our worship music heartfelt and inspiring.

If you love music and feel called to be part of this ministry, we’d love to have you! Rehearsals are held on Tuesdays at 7:30pm. Come as you are and join the joy.

Sacraments & Baptism

The United Church of Christ recognizes two sacraments—baptism and communion. Both are outward, visible practices that represent the deeper truth of God with us, God for us, and God in us. We welcome you to share in these sacraments.

At CCUCC, we celebrate communion on the first Sunday of the month, as our tables become an extension of God’s own. All are welcome at the table, including children. We also respect those who choose not to participate.

We offer plenty of on-site parking, including accessible spaces near the entrance to help make your visit easy and comfortable. Additional parking is available behind our campus.
